Configure git to ignore some files globally

1. Create a file ~/.gitignore
Add the following lines into it:
kvm-12/kvm-12.vpj
kvm-12/kvm-12.vpw
kvm-12/kvm-12.vpwhistu
kvm-12/kvm-12.vtg

2. git config --global core.excludesfile ~/.gitignore
